Graphics Set up and Fees
Whether you are creating your own graphics to send to us or having us create your custom art we will need a template for this and future prints. Each size will need its own template so if you know that this will be ordered in multiple sizes it is typically cheaper to get all sizes done at once.
A majority of our printing is done on a 12” repeat. The most cost-effective way to print is to use our standard template at 12 inches. This template set up is ideal for logos and or text. Repeats that are not 12” can still be printed but additional cost will apply.
While setting up your custom graphics keep in mind that this process has some inherent variables. Registration will vary by as much as ± 1/8” in height. In addition, the webbing will shrink so all measurements will be approximate.
Registration between the front and the backside of our prints is impossible using our standard printing process. We can instead use our press to create a front and back registration at an additional cost.
Graphics Logos and or Text
We will need the following information to create your custom graphics template:
- Background color or pattern. The best way for us to get colors from you is a six-digit hex code.
- Logo if applicable. See below for preferred file types.
- Text. If there is to be text, text color, font, and the exact content of the text will be needed.
- The general spacing of content. For example, a logo centered repeating every 6 inches.
Preferred File Types
Preferred file type is loss-less file compression (.ai, .eps).
Compressed file types can work, if they are high resolution, 300 plus DPI. (.jpg, .tiff)
Transparent backgrounds are preferred as there would be less editing and tweaking to the template.
Graphics Fees
Basic setup typically ranges from $5 - $35 each graphic.
Basic sublimation setup includes:

For any complex artwork, we require a prepaid 2 hours as a retainer for the designer's time as they focus on nothing but your graphics. Graphic design, art creation, or adjusting a low-resolution image are considered complex art.

Creating Your Own Graphics Template

When creating templates make sure that the whole template is covered, cover all white and grey lines.
All graphics that must be on the webbing must be within the area designated by the white section.

Ordering and Reordering Your Custom Graphics
Samples
Before you order your custom webbing, we want to make sure that your graphics turn out how they are intended. Once a template is set up to your liking and approved by you, we highly recommend purchasing a print sample for $10. Sampling is an important part of the graphics process that allows you to check color and image. If samples are waived, we are unable to guarantee the quality of your print.
Our print samples are set-up to print one-sided on our standard 12" template. We may be able to accommodate requests for samples that are double-sided and/or templated larger than 12" for an additional charge. Please inquire with your representative.

Future Orders
When we create your graphics, we create a unique name for each template. To order your graphic in the future it is critical to use the name given on the digital template so we know what print you would like to order.

Webbing Minimums
• 30 feet per pattern per order
• 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch webbing is printed as a double print so the minimum is 60 feet and will be printed in two 30 foot roles

As-Is Webbing
Webbing is sold "as is" if any of the following is true:
• A print sample was not purchased prior to ordering
• Graphics are designed in a way that will not lend itself well to our printing process. Ex. lines parallel to the length of webbing. Your representative will warn you if this is the case.
• Logos or other registered patterns are printed on material that is less than 3/4" wide
• Graphics are too detailed to print properly on a material type
• Specific lengths are called out Ex. ruler markings
• Webbing is left "plain" (raw material - white but shows ink dusting and imperfections)
• We are using client-supplied materials
